Job Title: HR Administrator Location: Wolverhampton Working Pattern: Hybrid working Salary: GBP24,700 per annum Duration: Temporary, Ongoing Immediate Start About the Company: My client is a leading company in Wolverhampton who are committed to excellence and fostering a positive work environment for our employees. Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient HR Administrator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have previous HR admin experience, with CIPD Level 3 certification being desirable but not mandatory. This role will involve supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the administration of HR-related documentation, such as contracts, policies, and procedures Maintain accurate employee records and databases Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies and scheduling interviews Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes Respond to employee queries and provide assistance when needed Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulationsRequirements: Previous experience in HR administration is highly desirable CIPD Level 3 certification is an advantage Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and WordBenefits: Competitive salary of GBP24,700 per annum Opportunity to gain valuable experience in HR administration Temporary ongoing position with an immediate start Friendly and supportive work environmentIf you are a proactive individual with a passion for HR and meet the above requirements, we would love to hear from you.
