Our client here at INFORM3 are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to come on board and join their team on a project based in Lusk. This project will be 41 units of Housing valued around euro;25m and are looking the ideal candidate that has 5+ years rsquo; experience with a main contractor. The Role: * Coordination and supervision of the construction of new build residential development. * Be the number one on site for all activities and act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team. * Report into and support the Company Director and Contracts Managers. * Oversee projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors. * Consult with local authorities and clients when required. * Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high. * Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget. * Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials, and meeting deadlines. * Asist in Material Take offs. * Ensure that company policies including H S policies are adhered to on site. Requirements: * A Degree in Construction Management or relevant Trade Qualification. * A minimum of 5 years proven experience with a Main Contractor on new build residential developments form beginning to handover. * Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines. * Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint. * Excellent communication skills. * Clean driver rsquo;s license.
