Job description:

HR Administrator required for a busy office GBP25k-GBP27k + many benefits (ideally CIPD preferred) Monday ndash; Friday 9-5.30 ndash; possibility of hybrid * Must be used to working in a busy environment ideally over various sites with a large head count * Highly organised and great multitasking skills required * Be able to deal with the full 360 employee life cycle You will be required to:- * Update the HR system and employee files * Log all sickness and absence on the HR system and ensure that Return to Work paperwork is completed * Liaise with managers to arrange disciplinary/absence review meetings and ensure the correct paperwork is issued * Ensure that Right to Work checks are carried out and the relevant documentation is collected and saved to the employee rsquo;s file * Provide support to the HR team, including drafting letters and note-taking during meetings * Notify the Payroll Team of any changes to salary and ensure the relevant paperwork is completed and issued to the employee * Ensure leaver administration is actioned effectively including conducting Exit Interviews and ensuring that the Payroll Team are informed * Undertake the vetting process for all new starters including issuing references and completing DBS and credit checks Benefits: Health Cash Plan Additional leave Social events Company pension Cycle to work scheme Employee discount Perk Box Life insurance (4 x salary) On-site parking (Romford Office) Referral programme Sick pay Store discounts Employee Assistance Programme Human resources: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: CIPD (preferred) For more information please don rsquo;t hesitate to contact me Nicki on (phone number removed)
