They are continuing to grow at an impressive rate due to their excellent reputation and trusted expertise in their field. They offer a number of products and services across their many divisions and are currently seeking a Service Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis. You will be the main point of contact for the service engineers within the company, communicating with the engineers; handling diary management and allocating relevant parts will be some of the duties required. Service Coordinator Role and Responsibilities: * Scheduling engineers for preventative maintenance bookings and callouts. * Using internal CRM system to update customer details. * Responsible for any existing client keyholder, address changes, and monitoring requests. * Submission of any maintenance-related Certification and Reports for customers following works. * Respond to client queries quickly and effectively. * Maintain the Service support inbox daily. * Ensure all return works, customer requests and callouts are actioned promptly. * There will be various other admin tasks as requested. Service Coordinator Skills and Experience: * Previous experience working in a similar role. * IT literate; with a strong working knowledge of CRM software and MS Office. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Fantastic attention to detail. * The ability to prioritise workloads and adapt organisational skills ensures the business runs smoothly. * Proactive, logical, and methodical, with a #39;can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
