The client is looking for a proactive, confident, and organised Hotel Office Business Managerto join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after the running of the office, all the administrative, facilities and organisational processes in the office, as well as admin support. Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to the C:Suite team. * Coordinate meetings and appointments, including booking rooms, preparing agendas, and taking * minutes. * Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage office budgets, ensuring financial * sustainability. * Manage relationships with external office suppliers and service providers and service level agreements. * Manage kitchen and coffee machines. * Ensure efficient building management is being taken place.
