Job Title: Receptionist (Temporary Contract 6-8weeks) Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex Position Type: Temporary, Full-time Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Temporary Receptionist with Client Engagement Responsibilities to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our cleints office, providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates while also supporting administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors with a warm welcome Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation Maintain a tidy and organised reception area Engage with legal clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate assistance Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfactionQualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience in a legal environment or working with legal clients is a plusDuration and Compensation: This is a temporary position with the opportunity for extension based on performance and business needs.
