Job Description We have an exciting opportunity to join a renowned engineering company based in Aldershot, who specialise in custom-made rubber products. They employ advanced machinery for Injection, Compression, and Transfer moulding, utilising a wide range of natural and synthetic rubber compounds tailored to specific needs. This is a long-term temporary role that will later offer a permanent opportunity for the right person! You will be allowed to develop your skills within a manufacturing environment where full training is provided. The role is Monday - Thursday 7 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 7 am - 12 pm, offering full-time hours and a nice early finish on a Friday allowing you to kick start your weekend early. As a Production Operative: You will be a self-motivated team member, flexible and willing to learn. Previous production experience is required. Formal qualifications not required.Salary Benefits Weekly pay Training provided Early Friday Finish Free parking Canteen Permanent opportunity available Responsibilities of a Production Operative: Daily spraying and bonding of inserts. Jobs and quantities will vary depending on business trends and customer demands. Reporting any faults/issues to Team Leaders, Production Supervisor, or relevant department supervisor. Working safely with chemicals to strip rubber from inserts and when applying bonds to certain inserts. Monitoring machinery and equipment to ensure they are kept in a fully operational, safe, and clean condition.
