RL30081 Commercial Plumber Evesham GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 Alecto Recruitment is looking to hear from experienced Commercial Plumbers interested in working for a leading facilities maintenance company based at a static site in the Evesham area. Responsibilities As a commercial plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in our client #39;s commercial facility. Your duties will include: Reading and interpreting blueprints and building specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Installing pipes and fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters. Repairing and replacing damaged or defective plumbing parts. Conducting inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of plumbing systems. Collaborating with other tradespeople, contractors, and project managers to complete projects on time and within budget. Adhering to safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.Requirements: Level 3 City Guilds Plumbing ideally level 2. Full, clean UK driving licence. Proven experience as a commercial plumber. Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
