Total package: Up to GBP61,597 per annum ( 7 bed children rsquo;s home) PLUS 10% annual bonus PLUS 30% bonus accrued each year Working in our Children rsquo;s Homes means being a part of a young person rsquo;s day to day life. As a Registered Manager you will make sure that the home environment can support this by ensuring both your staff and the young people feel secure, safe and motivated. From our Psychologists and Occupational Therapists to many other clinical team members who feed into the overall picture we achieve positive outcomes by having the most joined-up service in SEND. By managing the day to day operations in the home and taking ownership of Ofsted requirements you enable our young people to get their childhood back and create pathways to become well rounded adults ndash; an incredibly rewarding role to have. You will actively be involved with new referrals and be safe in the knowledge that you will be providing a home in the UKs leading provider of specialist education and care. Here rsquo;s what we need from you; * Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children rsquo;s home * A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference * Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) * A full UK driving licence which you rsquo;ve held for at least 12 months
