Join our Living Places team as a Quantity Surveyor on our East Sussex Framework where you can contribute to tangible, worthwhile work you can be proud of. As a Quantity Surveyor you will be working on our HTMC contract alongside East Sussex County Council, managing all costs relating to the Highway Maintenance schemes. What you #39;ll be doing As a Quantity Surveyor you will: bull; Build up estimates from first principle including net and gross estimates bull; Translate measurement from drawings and Specifications and prepare Bills of Quantities a schedule of rates. bull; Have an understanding of delay and disruption programmes bull; Collation of Cost and Value Information bull; Prepare Cost reconciliation statements bull; Undertake customer and stakeholder management for their area of responsibility bull; Measure of works and agreements with subcontractors bull; Be working towards professional membership from the RICS, ICES or CIOB. Who we #39;re looking for You will need the following: BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or experience equivalent Previous experience with NEC 4 Options A,C and E.
