Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester - Gloucester - GBP32,000- GBP40,000 Per Annum Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester Overview: * GBP32,000-GBP40,000 Per annum (depending on experience, negotiable) * Excellent Benefits * Full-time, Permanent * Excellent Training Opportunities * Working across all makes and models * Location- Gloucester Company Overview - Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Vehicle Technician. This position is within a reputable and well-established company with a large customer base. Our client puts a lot of importance on their reputation and a lot of emphasis is put on good communication between the team and the customers. This is to help ensure all works are carried out on time, to a high standard and at a reasonable cost. This company are highly thought of in the area and a lot of their work comes from repeat business and customer recommendations. Ideally you will have a varied skill set however the work can be allocated around individuals rsquo; personal strengths. Full training can be provided where needed providing you are willing to learn and get involved in every aspect of the business. Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester Roles and Responsibilities: * Carry out safety inspections * Test and diagnose vehicle faults * Accurately report any faults * Plan work and order any parts needed to carry out the work in a timely manner * Carry out all servicing, maintenance and repair work to manufacturers standards * Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times * Carry out MOT testing of vehicles and complete all of the relevant paperwork accurately and in line with regulations * Vehicle servicing * Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work * Work closely with other members of the team and provide support and training to more junior members Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester Skills and Experience: * A full UK driving licence or equivalent * A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities * At least 2 years of experience working within the industry * Will hold a relevant and recognised qualification * A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must DON #39;T MISS OUT ON THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY - APPLY NOW Get Staff acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers Please note that if you have not been contacted within 7 days, your application for this position has been unsuccessful
