The Role: * :Assisting business customers with various queries via Email * middot;Dealing with incoming calls * Providing and following up quotes * Samples recording and management. * Order processing Far East Orders * Liaising with customers via email and telephone. * Liaising with overseas suppliers (including European), primarily via email, seldom via telephone. * Quoting on large quantity stock orders and bespoke item orders, direct from the Far East. * Negotiation of pricing, lead times, and order specifics with suppliers. * Customer credit checks via DRA and Finance Dept. * Processing orders should they be transferred from quote to order stage.
