Senior Project Manager / Account Manager | Integrated Agency | SW Manchester (Hybrid working) | GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 + Benefits Aim Search are partnered up with a fantastic Integrated Communications Agency in Manchester, due to growth they are looking to recruit experienced and talented Project Managers who will have responsibility for managing and developing a number of client accounts, and contributing to the success and growth of the agency. You will be commutable to the Manchester offices 3 days a week (Homebased Mon Fri). A bit more about the Project Manager opportunity: bull; Managing and developing a range of client accounts across a complete mix of integrated branding, advertising, digital, print and direct mail campaigns and projects from initial concept to completion. bull; Liaising with and building strong relationships with clients to ensure successful completion of projects/campaigns, on time and within budget. bull; Liaising, and maintaining strong relationships, with Studio, the Project Management team and suppliers to facilitate the above. bull; Understanding client objectives/markets to maximise existing business opportunities and identify new ones. bull; Managing project/campaign profitability, budget and client administration on accounts, using internal job-bag system, Synergist. bull; Clearly interpreting and preparing client creative campaign/communication briefs, and copy where required, for Studio. bull; Planning, coordinating and controlling production related processes. Project Manager Knowledge/Skills/Experience needed: bull; Substantial previous project management experience, and the ability to ensure the highest quality of work is delivered in the most efficient way. bull; Strong understanding and appreciation of design and marketing communications, workings of a design studio, design effectiveness, and marketing. bull; Detail orientated, organised and conscientious. bull; Strategic and commercial thinker. bull; Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task and the ability to work well under pressure. bull; IT proficient with the ability to adapt to new internal systems. bull; Digital experience advantageous bull; Copes under pressure and working to tight deadlines Sound knowledge of: #x25AA; Design packages and production processes #x25AA; Print #x25AA; Exhibition services #x25AA; Media #x25AA; Social media #x25AA; Web #x25AA; Animation and CGI production bull; IT proficient with the ability to adapt to new internal systems bull; Good negotiation skills Does the Senior / Project Manager opportunity sound like a bit of you!??
