Your new role * Working in a static role you will cover a Critical data centre based in Canary Wharf. * Working in a Mechanical Engineering role you wil be performing PPM and Reactive maintenance on Mechanical Building equipment like AHU rsquo;s, FCU rsquo;s, Pumps, Motors, General Plumbing and Cooling Towers. * Service, maintenance, fault finding repair on a range of Mechanical and building services equipment * Going beyond specialised duties when required like, multi-skilled maintenance changing lightbulbs, fabric maintenance, doors, plumbing and etc. What you #39;ll need to succeed * We are keen to speak to Engineers who are Mechanical qualified to C G/NVQ Levels 2,3 * Minimum of 2+ years in Mechanical building maintenance in Colling Towers. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships. * Must live within a commutable distance of Canary Wharf.
