Your proven track record in sales and recruitment, coupled with your knowledge of the driving industry, will be instrumental in driving our business forward. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the driving sector. Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit for client requirements. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment, specifically within the driving sector. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Hold a valid UK driver #39;s license. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
