Create a positive classroom environment. Provide personalised and tailored support to a range of student with varying needs. Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies and creating a classroom environment of learning **Qualifications and Skills** A passionate for education and the ability to inspire A dynamic and flexible approach to classroom management. High level of communication skills. A team player able to work across a multitude of teams. Prior experience in working with children within youth work or tuition is advantageous.
