We are currently looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team. At Care Connection, we offer: * 24 hours on call support. * Free Enhanced DBS Check. * Induction and competency refreshers. * Weekly pay from GBP12.00-GBP18.00 shift dependent. * Day shifts, night shifts and weekends. * Flexible working hours to suit you. Our client supports an elderly gentleman who lives at home with his wife. He is non-verbal and requires 1-1 support. You will be required to use a hoist, help with personal care, assist with medication and support to eat. The Role includes: * Providing physical support which may include helping with household tasks and personal care. * Providing companionship and making sure your client has a meaningful day. * Perform all duties in a professional manner. * Maintain accurate records and reports. * Supporting and helping with health care needs, including routine checks and administrating medication. * Following support plans to enable to give the best support.
