Job description:

Join a Fortune 500 company as they expand their Nuclear and Defence portfolio. This is a great practice which can offer flexibility in working conditions, and position can be hybrid based if you have commitments. This is a contract position for a term of 1 year. Benefits: - 25 days annual leave, plus all bank holidays - Can be based in the Warrington office with the option for hybrid working. - Childcare vouchers, gym membership discount and eye care vouchers - Private medical insurance Responsibilities: - Lead the preparation of design work and presentations - Act as a project leader - Present to clients and prospective clients - Conduct contract administration - Site inspections Requirements: - Strong working knowledge of Revit - ARB registered Architect - Experience working in sectors large scale projects with transferable skills to Nuclear and Defence projects. - Working knowledge of building regulations and construction types
