We are looking for an Internal Sales Person to join our Taunton branch (TA2): Contracted to 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday - 07:30 - 17:00 No bank holiday working requiredBenefits: 25 days holiday plus your birthday day off after 1 years rsquo; service Pension scheme Life assurance Great online training academy Employee focused company with progression opportunities As an Internal Sales Person, you will provide excellent customer service to our key customers over the phone, face to face in branch or via email to drive customer loyalty. You rsquo;ll manage a live portfolio of current customers whilst proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts. Our Internal Sales Persons will be the first point of call for key accounts clients. You will need to understand individual client requirements, build rapport grow your client portfolio. We are looking for sales minded people, who enjoy talking to clients, love to use probing questions to understand the full picture, and are organised to ensure weekly/monthly bi/monthly touch points are scheduled in. You will also support the wider branch team, serving on the Trade Counter, supporting with customer deliveries in our van, and picking and packing products in our warehouse to ensure customers rsquo; orders are completed on time.
