The school is located within Leyland and is easily accessible via public transport, with numerous bus routes and a train station and bus stop within a 5-minute walk from the school, for those Teachers who are public transport users. There is also a secure staff car park, which is accessible to supply staff. You will be expected to cover PPA from years 1-6, full-time (Monday to Friday). The working hours of the role is 08:45 ndash; 15:30 each day. Planning and marking with the use of school policies may be required of the successful candidate. As a teacher you will need experience working with KS1 and KS2, the curriculum and what it entails. The teacher will also need to have experience in working in a faith Primary School. The children within the school have good behavior and the high standards of behaviour are carried throughout all areas within the school. For a PPA Teacher, the rate will be GBP110-GBP150 per day, depending on experience. The Head Teacher is seeking to appoint someone to start in May 2024 and work until at least July 2024. There is a possibility of a permanent contract to be offered from September 2024, dependent on suitability of the successful Teacher and school budgets.
