Benefits and Package for a Senior Clinical Case Manager: Salary: GBP30,756 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday, hours between 8am - 6pm (flexible working patterns available) Contract Type: Permanent Location: Taunton Additional leave Company events Company pension Cycle to work scheme Discounted or free food Employee discount Life insurance On-site parking Private medical insurance Referral programme Wellness programmeKey Responsibilities of a Senior Clinical Case Manager: Providing advice in line with the latest clinical guidance, ensuring customers receive the right clinical decision Supporting colleagues and customers by taking front-line escalated medical queries and managing complex and challenging cases Liaising with healthcare professionals by phone and email to ensure we have all the information required for complex medical claims Reviewing escalated complaints and making recommendations for improvements to the healthcare offering Managing complex cases and continually seeking ways to improve the service and support offeredKey Skills and Experience of a Senior Clinical Case Manager: A clinical background or healthcare experience is required You should have an understanding of common medical terminology You should be passionate about providing excellent customer service and helping those with their medical needs Cert CII qualification within probation and CPD maintained in accordance with CII requirements is required (if not a medical qualification needs to be completed) Excellent change-management, problem-solving and organisational skills is necessaryIf you are interested in this position and have the relevant experience and qualifications required, please apply now!
