Working within an established sales and after service team you will play a key role in making sure that all parts enquiries are responded to in a timely fashion. You will provide quotations, chase orders and raise invoices whilst providing first class customer service, keeping the customer at the forefront of communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background within an office environment along with excellent telephone and communication skills. Working within a parts, service or aftersales environment is a distinct advantage but not essential.
