Job Title: Commercial Manager Location: North West England, Cheshire, Warrington Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Salary: GBP350.00 - GBP500.00 Per day Umbrella / GBP265.30 - GBP377.39 PAYE Job Duties: Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners Oversee pricing and tender processes to secure new business opportunities Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial objectives with overall business goals Required Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar commercial management role Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Education: Educated to degree level with Law degree or Quantity Surveyor qualification, or equivalent qualification or relevant experience Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management Knowledge and Skills: Deep understanding of commercial and financial principles Proficiency in contract management and negotiation Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed decisions Strong leadership and decision-making skills Preferred Qualifications: Master #39;s degree in Business Administration or related field Professional certifications in commercial management Working Conditions: Office-based role with occasional travel required Fast-paced and dynamic work environment Regular interaction with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
