Your responsibilities will include: Assisting SEN students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities. Providing one-on-one support to students with individualized education plans (IEPs) or specific learning needs. Implementing strategies and interventions to support students #39; learning and development. Collaborating closely with teachers, SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Coordinators), and other support staff to create inclusive learning environments. A compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards supporting diverse learning needs. Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training in SEN support (e.g., Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, Autism Awareness training, etc.).
