Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What I have done before? Previous experience in a similar role within the retail or garden centre industry, with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team is a must. You will have a solid understanding of inventory management principles and best practices. Having exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, employees, and vendors.
