Quantity Surveyor ndash; North West London - GBP40,000- GBP55,000 Per Annum Quantity Surveyor (Fit-out High-end) - Package Overview: * GBP40,000- GBP50,000 Per Annum (Negotiable depending on experience) * Full-Time, Permanent * North West London Company Overview ndash; Quantity Surveyor An exciting new opportunity has just become available within a fast-growing maintenance and construction company. This is a full-time permanent position based within their head office in North West London. This is an exciting time for the company and the right candidate for the role will need to be enthusiastic, forward thinking and personable with the drive to hit the floor running. This role will be overseeing a number of commercial projects across North West London. Quantity Surveyor: Role and Responsibilities: * Liaise with design, construction and supply chain teams to capture, analyse and control costs * Communicate regularly with the client to ensure positive, strong relationships are maintained and to ensure all business requirements are met * Prepare and issue subcontract documentation * Ensure that all subcontracted work is carried out correctly and to a high standard * Prepare project costs valuation reports * Manage budgets and forecasts * Oversee and manage a team. Offer support and training when needed.
