SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR ndash; MIDLANDS - RAIL My client is a Civil Engineering and Rail contractor, growing year on year. They are presently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with some experience on large schemes to undertake a variety of commercially focussed duties on large schemes valued anything from GBP2million to GBP50million. Due to an influx of work and lots of success my client needs to grow his team fast. Types of Projects (CP7): bull; Structures, Earthworks, Drainage. bull; Signalling. bull; Enhancements Development. bull; Over Headline improvements. Locations of work: bull; Central (Midlands) bull; West Coast Rate Length: bull; Up to GBP450 (DOE) bull; Potential of work up to 2 years This is an excellent opportunity for someone to grow their career with an excellent contractor. You will be responsible for valuations, variations, take offs, procurement of subcontractors and dealing with the client daily.
