A forward-thinking, professional Construction Property Consultancy is looking to add an ambitious, client-facing Quantity Surveyor to enhance their expanding Leeds office. The Quantity Surveyor The newly appointed Quantity Surveyor will join a new office of 15 working within a growing QS team of 8. With no shortage of exciting projects to get involved in, the successful Quantity Surveyor will benefit from a highly varied and interesting workload such as Student Accommodation, Housing Associations and Private Residential, Education (Universities Colleges), Blue Light, Heritage Conservation and Commercial. This consultancy is extremely well versed in the APC process and have a number of Chartered senior professionals in the team dedicated to supporting and mentoring through the process and a strong internal APC programme with a fantastic pass rate. This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor, currently working with a Consultancy, eager for greater project variety, better APC Support and a step up to reflect their abilities. Or, an established Quantity Surveyor looking for the same but with better long term progression to a Senior role. The Quantity Surveyor RICS Accredited Degree Qualification QS experience within a UK Consultancy Pre Post Contract experience MRICS or currently working towards in need of additional support The desire to have a varied workload sector wiseIn Return?
