As new products are introduced in store, you will build your knowledge and develop your skills in customer service to ensure that you can deal with every type of customer enquiry. As the face of H. If successful, you will be asked to complete a short video which gives you the opportunity to tell us a little more about you and why you would like to join us. Your Training As an Apprentice Sales Associate you will undergo lsquo;Introductory and Silver #39; levels of our formal lsquo;Signet Jewellery Academy #39; training and development programme. You will also complete an Intermediate Retail Skills Apprenticeship with Technical Certificate and Key Skills. An experienced mentor will be on hand to support you for the duration of your Apprenticeship. Your Rewards We offer a training salary of GBP7.00 per hour, plus benefits, including sales incentives and staff discount. This applies to 16-18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the Apprentice National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
