We are currently recruiting for a Technical Administrator to work on a short term contract to support the fantastic team here at Belvedere in Erith, Southeast London. This role is commutable from Greater London, Woolwich, Dagenham, Dartford, Rainham, Romford, East Ham, Wanstead, Gravesend, Hackney, Romford, Stratford, Orpington, Barking and the surrounding areas. Main ResponsibilitiesAs the Technical Administrator you will have worked in a similar industry providing high level administrative support to your wider team. Other responsibilities for this role will include: Prioritise and multitask daily duties with minimal supervision Understanding and support team needs Maintain proactive communication across your area of work Effectively manage and conduct the administrative tasks of updating spreadsheets, collating and formatting scanned documents and electronically filing them to the appropriate folders Providing administrative support to maintain efficient, safe and cost-effective contract activities Comply with company Health and Safety policies and procedures, proactively tracking the completion of mandatory training and reporting any unsafe or hazardous working practices*Please note - this is a 4+ week contract position where you will be payrolled by our MSP Partner for the duration of the contract The Ideal CandidateIt is preferred that the successful candidate for the role of Technical Administrator will be experienced in the following: ESSENTIAL - Highly proficient in the use of all Microsoft packages ndash; Excel, Word, Outlook etc. Working collaboratively with the existing team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard Showing a positive attitude, building rapport and positive relationships with colleagues Being ambitious to learn new skills and achieve your own personal goals, as well as business goalIn the role of Technical Administrator you will also have: Good interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills Good oral and written communication Numeracy and analytical abilityWhy UsInterested?
