Mechanical project manager

Duties will include: o Represent the company at meetings, promote the correct company image and ensure staff are aware of their responsibilities in this area o Lead the management of design consultants to ensure information is provided to suit the procurement strategy, manage the production of working drawings by trade contractors within the given timeframes o Ensure that all work methods are sufficient to meet the projects needs o Ensure that the master programme and schedule of deliverables for the project is development, meeting the requirements of the brief and the clients #39; expectations. o Oversee all works of the trade contractors, contributing to the selection of key specialists, suppliers, productions including the production of working drawings, procurement and prefabrication and performance on site. o Develop clear, detailed and practical measures of performance to meet project objectives. o Regularly inspect works for compliance with design and report on progress, ensuring remedial action is taken within agreed timelines. Contracts Managers with a proven track record within the Building Services Industry are encouraged to apply. o You will possess demonstrable experience as a Project Manager/ Contracts Manager on commercial, refurbishment or maintenance projects. o Educated to HNC level or equivalent is preferred o Likely to hold professional qualification o Ensures that the organisation/ department delivers high quality service o Understands/ manages internal client relationships/ partnerships This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to develop their career with an expanding contractor.
