Document controller

Our Client is a leading sub-contractor specializing in Groundwork #39;s committed to delivering excellence, They prioritize quality, efficiency, and professionalism in all there endeavours. As part of there continued growth, they are seeking a skilled Document Controller to join their dynamic team on a contract basis. Responsibilities: Manage and control the flow of documentation within the organization. Ensure all documents are accurately processed, logged, and distributed according to company procedures. Maintain comprehensive records of all documents, including revisions and approvals. Coordinate with various departments to gather and organize project-related documents. Support project teams in accessing and retrieving documents as needed. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and project specifications. Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures to enhance efficiency. Knowledge of QA As Built would be advantageous Requirements: Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role. Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
