Project Manager Salary: GBP45K-GBP55K (Depending on Experience) Location: Birmingham Hunter Mason rsquo;s client Hunter Mason rsquo;s client has been trading for over 10 years and have developed a solid reputation. Our client specialises in all kinds of SFS solutions including infill, oversail and load bearing SFS, external insulated render systems, passive fire protection and external fa ccedil;ade treatments. They are now looking to employ a project manager who has experience with facades to join their rapidly expanding team. Our client is aiming to start a project at the beginning of April for the construction of large luxury apartments but will employ the ideal candidate to aid in current projects now. Job description * Ensure the delivery of multi million-pound facade projects on time and on budget, whilst to the clients rsquo; satisfaction. * Management of project timescales and planning; communicating changes to all relevant parties * To prepare and keep an up-to-date project plan * Responsibility for the application and monitoring of all Health and Safety practices associated to the project-including induction and site safety. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and achieve high levels of customer service. What we want from you: * At least 3 years of experience in the facades/structural steel industry. * Excellent communication skills. * Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. * Good understanding of construction techniques. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents
