What will you be offered * A competitive salary of GBP50-60k basic plus OTE 80-100k * Company car or car allowance. * Private health care for you and your family * 25 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown which increases with length of service * 34 hour week * Uncapped commission and profit related pay. The successful candidate will have a stable career history with experience selling a technical product range. Previous experience in generating new business as well as maximising spend within an existing client base is essential. You will have a consultative approach to sales and be able to build strong working relationships. Full product training will be provided and an aptitude to pick up the technical aspects of the product and technical terminology is essential. Qualified to degree level or equivalent is preferable. The Business Development Managers responsibilities will include: * Managing Existing relationships and developing new accounts * Educating clients on technical products and their applications * Prospecting and reaching out to lapsed clients. * Creating appointments for face-to-face meetings * Working collaboratively with the internal sales team * Building a sales pipeline and achieving your set annual sales target * Reporting sales and forecasts to MD and SMT Please contact Michelle at Zest4Talent without delay or apply to this advert!
