Production assembler

The Role Assembling small scale medical devices Prepared to work under disciplined conditions within a clean-room environment Conduct work safely and according to Amber values Completing batch, and other, documents diligently and accurately thereby assuring robust records. Planning work along with supervisor. Maintain material stock record accuracy Ensuring compliance to all procedures and the quality management system. In-process inspection of own work and independent verification and testing of other rsquo;s work. Make accurate use of assembly equipment and systems. Carry out tasks on miniature components using optical assistance such as vision systems and microscopes Health and safety: to take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others. Maintain a safe and clean working environment Performing production tasks as required by the Production manager The Candidate Good secondary education. High standard of attention to detail Experience in visual inspection and excellent attention to detail Demonstrable practical skills and very high manual dexterity The Package The salary offered for this position is GBP25,000- GBP32,000 to a candidate that can meet all key qualifications and abilities.
