Key Responsibilities Handling, billing, and control of work record sheets Supporting the quantity surveyors in dealing with customer queries and cash collection Preparing applications for payment and submission (with supporting documents) to the client as per the contract timetable Client liaison Assisting with the production of mid and end-of-month reports. Document controlThis Commercial Administrator role would suit candidates with experience or enthusiasm for gaining skills in reporting, document control, customer service, billing, and as an administrator. Essential Skills Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal professionally with people at all levels and a customer-focused approach to all tasks undertaken. Ability to prioritise workload to ensure delivery is achieved within the set timescales. Computer literate with the ability to learn new software packages quickly. Plenty of initiative and an innovative approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
