About the Senior Administrator Supervisor role: Manage supply chain to ensure that they comply with relevant specifications, understand their individual performance targets and deliver accordingly. Liaise with the planning team to ensure correct allocation, check to clarify what trades and time frames are required and if pre-inspection and manage supply chain to ensure that they comply with relevant specifications, understand their individual performance targets and deliver accordingly. Participate in the onboarding of new starters and undertake competency checks on staff. Carry out regular 1-2-1 performance reviews in relation to Health and Safety. Deliver monthly toolbox talks/team meetings and engage positively with the workforce. Ensure pre and post property inspections have been taken place in regulation with company standards. Enhance the relationship between company and client, assist in the production of performance reports for the clients.
