What do you need to succeed as a Work at Heights - Trainer? Knowledge of training / previous experience as a trainer - we can train the successful candidate in our technical courses, but it would be advantageous if you have working at heights experience! Ideally hold IPAF, PASMA, LA (preferable but optional), NEBOSH, AET and TAQA - but not essential! Strong verbal, written and IT communication skills.
