Your New Salary: GBP40-50k, possibly higher to GBP60k Job Status: Permanent. Hybrid working with 1 day WFH Summary: To support the Head of Finance and other colleagues of the Finance Department in day-to-day financial, liquidity and ALM control as well as financial and regulatory reporting. Management Accountant- What You #39;ll be Doing: * Responsible for downloading daily management reports from banking systems and preparing the daily Finance dashboard; * To assist in preparing the daily nostro and business expense bank reconciliation; * Responsible for Finance related ledger postings for business expenses in banking system; * Responsible for fixed assets postings in banking system; * To provide the cover for the Finance colleagues in retiring their responsibilities during their absence from work. * To Support in daily liquidity risk calculation and analysis and periodic Interest and FX rate risks analysis in Banking Book, calculate daily branch LCR and Head Office liquidity thresholds; * To assist in monitoring assets and liabilities and ensure they are managed in an appropriated and effective manner; * To assist in preparation of all Finance related regulatory reports/returns to PRA and BoE; * Implementation and testing of an automated regulatory reporting system for PRA, BoE Statistical and prudential reporting; * Help Finance team for Finance related IT system testing and updates; * To assist in creating and monitor financial plans and budgets; * To assist the Finance team in monthly management information preparation, or other analysis of the business as required; * To assist in developing Finance and Accounting policies where requested, implementation of systems as necessary, and help with the preparation and provision of financial statements and reports; * You may be required to take minutes of the Finance related meetings. * Any other reasonable tasks assigned by the Head of Finance Management Accountant - The Skills You #39;ll Need to Succeed: * Fluent level of Mandarin and English in speaking and writing; * Relevant experience in Accounting in UK Banking / Finance / Insurance / Big 4 sector; * Qualified or part qualified would be ideal; * Strong attention to detail; * Good skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel; * Able to work on own initiative, a problem solver, tasks; * Multi-tasking skill.
