Legal secretary private client

A well established Solicitors in London are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to their Private Client department. Full training will be given in relation to the companies practices, procedures and systems. The department deal with an array of matters including drafting of complex and simple wills and tax planning and its related advice, lasting powers of attorney, and court of protection work, to include the administration of estates and trusts. Duties include: middot; Taking and accurately recording client calls. middot; Taking new client enquiries. middot; Administration tasks such as diary, email, and document management middot; Conflict, ID and AML checks. middot; Opening new files. middot; Audio typing middot; Monthly billing. The ideal candidate will have excellent secretarial and administrative skills to include a good knowledge of using Microsoft technology and case management systems, as well as being accurate, well organised, approachable, confidential, and flexible.
