They are expanding their team due to increasing numbers, this setting strives to give every child the skills they need to reach their full potential as well as supporting their families along the way! Key Responsibilities To deliver high quality teaching and play opportunities, offering care, support and stimulation to the children. To have a good awareness of health and safety issues. To carry out day to day administration, with support from senior staff, e.g. attendance register, accident book, children rsquo;s records and electronic learning journeys, planning and evaluating activities, Routines, risk assessments and observations. To monitor and evaluate practice through observations and comply with being observed by other members of staff. Create an effective parent partnership, ensuring parents are informed about nursery events and their children rsquo;s nursery life and development through greeting parents, home link diaries, signs and open days. To attend meetings as appropriate. To attend relevant training and contribute to accreditation schemes or quality improvement tasks.
