Key Duties: - Supplying temporary or permanent workers into the Road Haulage and Distribution markets - Transport Logistics - Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs - Account management - Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained - Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards and social platforms - Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks - Matching workers to vacancies - Working hours are 08.00-17.00 Monday - Friday (subject to work load) - Early finish on Fridays (subject to work load) - Rotating on call duties required Person Specification: - Target driven - Excellent level of customer service - Must be articulate and enthusiastic - Good communication skills via telephone and email - Good Administration skills - A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career With the above role, comes great opportunity to evolve!
