We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate Psychology graduate to join our dedicated team at a challenging, yet continuously growing Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in King #39;s Lynn. This is an exceptional opportunity for an aspiring psychologist to gain invaluable experience working with children with diverse needs in a supportive and stimulating environment. What does your new role entail: bull;Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and supporting pupils with SEN in the classroom bull;Work with small groups or individual pupils, providing additional support and assistance as required bull;Help to create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for pupils with SEN bull;Attend meetings with parents and other professionals as required to discuss pupils #39; progress and support needs bull;Undertake any other duties as required to support the smooth running of the school bull;Monitor and track pupil progress, and provide regular feedback to the class teacher and other professionals bull;Support pupils to achieve their full potential, both academically and socially, in a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Skills and Qualifications required: bull;A degree in Psychology bull;Passion for working with children and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives bull;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents bull;Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from the classroom teacher bull;Experience working with children would be advantageous, but not essential bull;A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning All candidates who register with Simply Education will have 2 years referencing taken up and will be required to have an enhanced DBS check completed.
