They have a large outdoor area which is very busy with drinks and dining throughout the summer. What #39;s involved? Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in a team of 6/7 Chefs. Must be comfortable cooking with high quality fresh ingredients and have a real passion for food and be able to step up in absence of the Head Chef.
