Project Planner Location: North Acton, London Salary: GBP45K - GBP60K (Depending on experience) + GBP3.7K travel allowance + excellent benefits Full-time / Permanent ndash; Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Remarkable Jobs is proud to partner with a leading RC framework construction company in recruiting a Project Planner to join their established team. The successful candidate will deliver planning services throughout contract and post-contract stages, while also supporting tenders and pre-qualifications. Key Responsibilities for the lsquo;Project Planner rsquo; role: Utilise Power Project planning software proficiently. Advise operational staff on build methodologies. Prepare programs and methodology statements. Coordinate site logistics and layout plans. Communicate planning strategies effectively. Liaise with subcontractors and specialist contractors. Allocate resources and produce progress reports. Assess scaffold requirements and produce schedules. Maintain compliance with company procedures and authorisation parameters. Integrate into site/regional teams for effective communication. Education, Experience, and Knowledge for the lsquo;Project Planner rsquo; role: ONC or equivalent in construction related subject. Membership in a professional body (CIOB, RICS). CSCS Card. Asta Power Projects Levels 1, 2, 3. Understanding and administering NEC programming requirements. Previous experience working on a NEC 4 Project would be ideal. Proficient with MS Projects, Asta Projects, and Primavera P6. Excellent written and communication skills.
