The Role Our client is seeking a dynamic Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years rsquo; PQE to join their highly-skilled, busy team. The successful Solicitor will be taking on a diverse and interesting caseload including renewable energy matters and large development projects. Experience in Commercial Property, particularly in landlord and tenant matters with the ability to carry out work to a high standard is essential. The firm pride themselves in building lasting relationships with clients and professionals alike, therefore a flair for business development and customer care is crucial. Responsibilities of this interesting position are to include: managing client matters; meeting agreed targets; negotiating and drafting of documentation and; developing business opportunities for the firm.
