Interim financial accountant

Interim Financial Accountant ndash; Remote ndash; Up to GBP300 per day ndash; Minimum 3-6 months Chase Holland are excited to be working with a market leading organisation in the recruitment of a proactive Financial Accountant on an interim basis. Reporting into the Financial Controller you will develop and analyse key financial information for onward reporting to key stakeholders including internal management and external parties. In Return You rsquo;ll Receive: Fantastic day rate 27 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata) Discretionary Bonus 35 hour working weekFinancial Accountant Responsibilities: Improvement of financial controls and balance sheet reconciliations Production, processing and reconciliation of weekly and monthly income journals for all income streams and all entities within the group Support the implementation of a central reporting timetable across all entities in the group Production of daily/weekly cashflow forecasting and analysis Management of Group intercompany matrix and associated documentation Application and accounting for management recharges Maintenance of the accounting ledger within Business Central Preparation of quarterly VAT/ Tax returns Preparation of monthly entity management accounts including detailed breakdown of significant balances Preparation of the year end Statutory accounts and audit process Administration of banking platforms Focus on continuous improvement to streamline and automate current processes.Required Skills Experience: Relevant experience within the insurance industry Be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) High competency in both written and verbal presentation Excellent communication skills, comfortable conversing at all levels IT Literate including various ERP systems and Excel skills Ability to embrace change management Good attention to detail Able to work under pressure and manage your own workload If you are interested in finding out about this exciting Interim Financial Accountant opportunity, please click lsquo;apply now rsquo;.
