Service administrator

Recruitment Solutions are currently working with one of the nations leading Waste Management companies. Due to continued massive growth, we are looking for a service administrator to join the busy team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: * Contact customers if there has been a missed collection with reasons confirm rescheduled day * Minimise the number of invoice queries and investigate any credit requests made by customers * Inputting of data onto the bespoke CRM / database * Conduct end of month checks to ensure invoicing runs smoothly * Resolve any customer missed collections in a calm manner * Self manage emails workload Candidate Expectations: * Strong administration skills * Competent in the use of all Microsoft applications (outlook excel mainly) * Excellent customer service, not afraid to make phone calls * Able to deal with difficult situations whilst resolving the issue at the same time * Must be a team player willing to help the rest of the team * Able to work on your own initiative Working Days, Hours Salary: * Monday - Friday * 08:30 - 17:00 * GBP12.00 per hour If you #39;re interested in this role please click on Apply or call Recruitment Solutions on (phone number removed)
