Qualifications: At New Way Tuition Ltd, we value passion and dedication above all. However, here #39;s what we #39;re looking for: * Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, especially with diverse age groups.(Needed) * QTS (QTLS), PGCE or Bachelor #39;s degree in Education, English, Maths, or related field. (Preferred but not essential) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for student success. * Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
