Requirements: * MRICS qualification ndash; 2 years PQE * Strong client facing skills and proven track record in developing new business. * Experience in proactive commercial environments with sound knowledge of building contracts. * Ability to meet fee targets and generate new business through successful client relationships. * Team player with ability to work independently. * Confident verbal and written communicator. * Business focused with willingness to engage in business development.
